Cork Glamour Photography

As always a year behind with my updates. Shame on me. In the meantime I already had another shoot with the wonderful Sam so no doubt you will see that one sometime in 2027.

In my attempts to move away from purely digital photography and embrace analog film photography again, I took this series of medium format images with Bells last year at University College Cork (UCC) with a Weltaflex camera I had inherited from my father. There’s something downright ethereal about this style of photography.

A nice reminder that every once in a while we are blessed with good weather. For that shoot with Roksi made the most of the sunshine and took a series of photos in a corn field.

Gradually making progess with this website. It is now February 2026 and I have reached a shoot for June last year. Not a lot of images. Had planned for more but the weather was just a disaster but when Altair calls and visits this Green Isle again, one beckons.

Really enjoyed the shoot with Megan in Blarney Gardens during the summer.

Always loved visiting the Platform 3 studio in Cork. They were always very good to me and I learned so much from them. Unfortunately this shoot with Amy was not just my last shoot there but also the last one ever in the studio as they closed for good the day after our shoot.

Back in April had one of my favourite shoots ever on an old abandoned railroad track with Shannon and with kind assistance from Pat.
